Cancellation Policy

At CAROB, each piece of jewellery is carefully crafted to meet our customers’ specifications. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, the following cancellation policy applies:

1.Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is scheduled for production according to the selected design specifications.

2.Cancellation Before Manufacturing Begins

Customers may request a cancellation only before manufacturing has begun. Such requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval by our team.

3.No Cancellation After Manufacturing Begins

Once the manufacturing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery.

4.Manufacturing Commencement

Once the manufacturing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery.

5.Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before manufacturing begins may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative or processing fees.
  • Orders cancelled after manufacturing has begun are not eligible for any refund.

6.Company Rights

CAROB reserves the right to determine the manufacturing status of any order and make the final decision regarding cancellation eligibility.
